The Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) is a network of Singapore and overseas partners in major innovation hubs and key demand markets, with a focus on technology and innovation. It is a joint initiative between Enterprise Singapore and the Singapore Economic Development Board.

We have partnered in-market players across our GIA cities to run inbound and outbound GIA Acceleration Programmes to connect companies to overseas business and tech communities. Our GIA Acceleration Programmes will support: Singapore startups and SMEs in venturing abroad; and International startups in scaling up in Asia through Singapore as a springboard.

XNode is Enterprise Singapore’s Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) partner for Shenzhen, China. XNode is partnering Enterprise Singapore to run a GIA Acceleration Programme that will support Singapore-based technology startups and SMEs in accessing China through Shenzhen, with a focus in hardware.

GIA深圳跨境创业加速项目

新加坡全球创新联盟（Global Innovation Alliance，简称GIA）。GIA由新加坡企业发展局（简称企发局）与新加坡经济发展局（Economic Development Board, 简称EDB）在2017年共同创立。其GIA跨境创业加速项目也成功帮助众多新加坡企业进入海外市场。参与GIA的企业从2019年的103家增加到2020年的370家，展现了新加坡企业进军海外寻求合作的决心。而深圳的加盟，将成为新加坡初创及中小型企业进入中国的一个全新平台。

企发局与GIA伙伴——创业加速器XNode创极无限签署合作谅解备忘录，计划通过路演、商业对接等一系列活动，帮助建立新加坡企业与深圳创新生态系统的联系。借助XNode的商业网络，参与企业将有机会与潜在合作伙伴联系、在深圳测试其解决方案并进行商业化，并由此进一步扩展到中国其他地区。该项目预计于2020年12月以线上形式启动，将在一年内为20个新加坡初创和中小型企业提供支持。此前，XNode与企发局在上海的跨境创业加速项目已成功帮助15家新加坡企业进军中国市场。

XNode’s Scaleup Program is a cross-border startup acceleration service with an emphasis on providing holistic, instructive, and practical content. The program covers three key phases: cross-border mentoring, access to industry decision makers, and partner building. Currently, XNode has partnered with innovation agencies in five countries - Australia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Italy - establishing bilateral cross-border channels to accelerate startups’ entry into new markets.
